This is a pivotal appointment for the organisation as it continues its next phase of growth.  Reporting directly to the Finance Director and working closely with the senior leadership team, you''ll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening controls, improving reporting capabilities, and providing the insight needed to support commercial decision-making.
