Financial Controller

An opportunity has arisen within this fast growing, Hinckley based manufacturing company for a Financial Controller to support its ongoing growth and development. THE ROLE Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Group Financial Controller will take full ownership of the finance function for the UK business and its 2 overseas subsidiaries. You will act as a trusted strategic partner to the leadership team, providing clear financial insight, robust control, and commercial guidance. This role would suit a proactive and forward-thinking finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is motivated by driving continuous improvement and making smart decisions in a dynamic, internationally minded, growth orientated business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Initially Financial Management and Reporting Manage the full finance function for the UK parent company and the US subsidiary and oversee financial activities the German subsidiary. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis. Produce consolidated group financial reporting to strict deadlines. Manage year-end statutory accounts and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors. Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and relevant international requirements.
