This is a brand new, senior leadership role created to add structure and strategic finance capability to a people led, fast growing firm. Taking ownership of the internal finance function within a privately held, PE-backed group, you''ll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision making, and influencing the future direction of a business with significant growth and acquisition plans. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the internal finance team, coaching and supporting performance and professional growth. Own the reporting function, monthly management accounts with associated MI, quarterly reforecasting, and annual budgeting. Act as strategic business partner to the CEO, providing insight, recommendations, and action to support BAU activities and strategic decisions. Be the finance representative at monthly site partner meetings and maintain a visible presence across offices. Communicate finance activities to the wider Partner team with appropriate style and clarity. Drive change and continuous improvement, enhance WIP, debt management, utilisation, and fee analysis.
