Financial ControllerNorwich Part-Time £45,000-£55,000 FTE (pro rata)I''m pleased to be supporting a growing, values-led business with the appointment of an experienced Financial Controller to join its leadership team.This is a slightly different Financial Controller opportunity, offering 27.5 hours per week and genuine flexibility, while still providing full ownership of the finance function and direct exposure to senior leadership, the Board and shareholders.It''s a role that would suit someone who enjoys combining strategic financial leadership with a hands-on approach, taking responsibility for everything from business planning and budgeting through to treasury, statutory compliance, financial reporting and systems development.The RoleYou''ll take ownership of the finance function, with responsibility for:Leading and developing the Finance TeamOwning the annual budgeting and business planning processPreparing monthly management accounts, forecasts and Board reportsProviding financial insight and challenge to senior leadershipManaging cash flow, treasury and funding arrangementsOverseeing statutory accounts, audit and tax complianceMaintaining robust financial controls and governanceManaging banking relationships and development finance requirementsSupporting strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysisLeading the final stages of a Sage 50 to Sage Intacct system migrationWorking closely withthe Managing Director, Board and shareholdersAbout ..... full job details .....
