You will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial management while providing strategic insight to support business performance and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis and commentaryOversee budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term financial planningManage cost accounting, including inventory valuation, production costing, and margin analysisEnsure robust financial controls, compliance with UK GAAP, and successful audit processesProvide commercial financial support to senior stakeholders, including capital expenditure appraisals, pricing decisions, and cost reduction initiativesLead, develop, and motivate the finance teamManage cash flow, working capital, and external stakeholder relationshipsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and ..... full job details .....
