Financial ControllerEssex Office BasedSalary Negotiable DOEA growing and ambitious group business is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function across its e-commerce, B2B trading businesses.This is a newly created, hands-on role offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to help shape the finance function as the group continues to expand.Working closely with senior leadership, responsibilities will include:Monthly management accounts and forecastingCash flow management and treasuryBudgeting and profit forecastingVAT, audit and complianceBanking relationships and FX managementStock costing, margin analysis and operational financeCredit control and rebate managementFinancial reporting across trading and property entitiesThe successful candidate will have strong technical finance experience alongside commercial awareness and the confidence to work independently within a fast-paced growing business.Experience within e-commerce, retail, FMCG or multi-channel trading environments would be highly advantageous.This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone looking for a broad and commercially involved role where they can genuinely make an impact.
