Financial Controller

Location: BroughtonRate: £37.91 per hour UmbrellaContract: Until 31 December 2027Contract Length: Approx. 1 year 3 months About the Role Morson are recruiting on behalf of a leading global aerospace and defence company for an experienced Financial Controller to join their Finance organisation in Broughton. You will act as the Finance Business Partner for the FMRE and EHS teams in the UK, working closely with senior management to provide financial insight, challenge performance and ensure financial targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities Act as the key Finance contact for all financial matters across the Belfast/UK teams. Provide financial reporting and analysis across OPEX and CAPEX. Support financial planning, forecasting and business modelling for FMRE and EHS projects. Monitor procured costs against financial targets, including services and utilities. Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities and discrepancies. Recommend corrective and mitigation actions to support business decision-making. Drive financial performance and continuous improvement. Support the Spirit Post Merger Integration Project. Ensure Finance processes and compliance requirements are consistently followed. About You Experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Controlling. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage high volumes of financial data.
