Jobs via eFinancialCareersMorgan McKinley are working with a well established business based in Bath looking for a Financial Controller to join their Finance Function.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as they continue to grow. The responsibilities include:

Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership supporting business planning and decision-making across the UK region.Provide commercial insight and oversight, helping to manage risk and drive financial performance.Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of key information.Lead continuous improvement of finance systems and controls, and ensure alignment with wider business objectives.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, contributing to strategic discussions and supporting project delivery.Manage operational finance activities, including cost control and team leadership, while fostering a positive team environment.

With this role being business critical the below experience is required:

Qualified - ACA/CIMA/ACCAExperience within civil engineering or constructionExperience of projecting accounting - including multi disciplinary projectsTeam management experience

The package:

Salary £85,000 - £95,000BonusHybrid workingPrivate medical coverPension
