They are known for their innovative and high-quality products, and pride themselves on their impressive service.This role requires a site-based presence.DescriptionReporting to the (part time) CFO and Managing Director, the Financial Controller duties include; Working with a small accounts team to ensure provision of accurate and timely financial information.Assigning ad-hoc tasks to the wider team.Raising issues and weekly catch-up with the CFO.Review of monthly management accounts and preparation of commentaryPresentation of management accounts and other financial information at weekly Finance Meetings.Review and presentation of weekly reports (invoicing / cashflows / forecasts / aged stock).VAT, customs duties and corporation tax compliance.Preparation of annual accounts and consolidation.Leading the annual audit.Overall responsibility for annual budget.Enhancing cash flow forecasting and working capital management.May be invited to attend Board Meetings on specific matters of a financial nature.ProfileThe successful Financial Controller should have:A formal qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Experience of working on Sage X3 or other ..... full job details .....
