This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Description Lead and improve month-end close process, targeting shorter close cycles and increased accuracy.Oversee financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual), ensuring timely consolidation across international entities.Balance sheet substantiation and reconciliations.Drive process improvement across transactional finance (AP, AR, Billing, Payroll)Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement best practices to improve automation and controls.Collaborate with FPandA, Treasury, and Product Finance teams to align reporting with broader business needs.Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.Mentor and support the finance team during the transition period, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
