Financial ControllerReporting to: CFOOverviewThis is an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic finance professional to join a fast-growing, international organisation operating in a creative, project-led environment.The business works with some of the biggest, globally recognised names in entertainment and is focused on ambitious long-term expansion.The role offers exposure to a dynamic setting with strong career development potential.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership to provide analysis on performance, pricing, and project profitability.Manage and develop the finance team with two direct reports - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high performance.Enhance financial systems and processes to support scalability and consistency across locations.Lead month-end and year-end processesOversee statutory reporting, audits, tax, and insurance requirements across multiple jurisdictionsManage cash flow, working capital, and payment processesSkills and ExperienceQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).Previous experience in a senior finance or Financial Controller positionExperience within an international, project-based environment is highly desirableProficient with modern accounting systems and advanced ExcelHigh attention to detail and ability to collaborate across time zonesProactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving businessWe are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton ..... full job details .....
