Working closely with the Directors and external accountants, you will manage bookkeeping, management accounts, cash flow, payroll, VAT, financial reporting and credit control, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial processes to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Preparing monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts. Managing Xero, purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations and supplier payments. Overseeing customer invoicing, aged debt reporting and proactive credit control. Administering payroll, PAYE, pensions and associated HMRC requirements.
