Financial Controller - Manufacturing

This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a dynamic manufacturing business and play a key role in supporting continued expansion.This is a broad and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can bring strong manufacturing finance expertise, alongside a solid track record of managing both month-end and year-end processes.The RoleAs Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the day-to-day financial control environment and support the wider finance function with accurate reporting, robust controls and commercial insight. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to ensure the finance function continues to add value as the organisation grows.Key responsibilities will include: Leading the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Taking full ownership of year-end processes and audit preparation. Supporting the manufacturing finance agenda, including product costing, inventory and operational performance. Reviewing and strengthening financial controls and procedures. Preparing management information and analysing key business performance trends. Partnering with operational teams to support decision-making and improve financial understanding.
