Reporting into the Finance Director5 days per week in the officeWe are partnering with a well-established, multi-faceted organisation in Oxford to appoint a hands-on Financial Controller to lead day-to-day finance operations and support ongoing strategic and operational decision-making.This is a broad leadership role overseeing a sizeable finance function within a complex, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Finance Director, you''ll manage a team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all financial operations across the business.The RoleYou''ll take ownership of core finance activities including management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, payroll oversight, audit coordination, VAT and tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. The organisation operates across multiple operational areas and revenue streams, creating a varied and commercially interesting environment with significant operational exposure.
