Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of the finance function, leading a capable team whilst providing commercial insight and strategic support to the wider leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing financial controls, enhancing reporting processes and supporting the delivery of the company''s long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop and mentor the finance team Manage all day-to-day accounting operations Deliver weekly financial KPI reporting Oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes Lead cashflow forecasting and optimisation initiatives Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and on time Manage VAT returns and statutory reporting requirements Coordinate annual audit activities and external stakeholder relationships Support departmental budget holders with financial performance reviews Partner with senior leadership to identify and mitigate business risks ..... full job details .....
