Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an established client in their search for a dynamic and forward-thinking Financial Controller.This is a pivotal role for the business and would be hybrid - 3 days from the office, 2 from home. Key Responsibilities:Ensure that monthly management reports are accurate and produced in accordance with agreed timelinesAssist with preparation of monthly reports for investors and banksIdentify and minimise financial risks through robust financial controls, procedures and policiesManage and enforce robust authority levels across the Company''s operationsEnsure balance sheet accounts are accurately reconciled to supporting documentation monthlyEnsure cash flows are managed and forecastMonitor compliance with bank covenantsManagement and develop pivot tables and similar automated reporting tools to streamline processesExplore opportunities to adopt digital solutions to simplify processes and adopt analytics'' tools to provide deeper insightsPrepare the year end accounts and supporting schedulesLiaise with external auditors to complete the annual audit process and finalise the annual audited accountsComplete tax computations and submissions to HMRCEnsure quarterly VAT returns are prepared and submittedSupervise and line management of the core central finance teamRequirements:ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualificationMeticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on controlsExperience in automating financial processes and ..... full job details .....
