Our forward-thinking not for profit client are based near High Wycombe and are seeking a Financial Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting and planning. Managing a team and reporting to the Head of Finance this role supports senior leadership with strategic decision-making through detailed analysis and accurate reporting. This is a mainly remote role working 1 day on the office and 4 days from home.  The salary for this role is up to £60,000 dependent on experience plus an annual discretionary bonus.
