You''ll take ownership of the finance function, lead a small team, and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.This is far more than a traditional reporting role-you''ll be a trusted business partner, influencing decision-making and driving financial performance across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of monthly management accounts, board reports, budgets and forecastsManage cash flow, working capital and treasury activitiesDevelop and enhance financial controls, systems and processesOversee payroll, VAT, CIS and statutory reportingMonitor project and contract profitability, providing commercial insight and recommendations to the senior leadership teamEnsure accurate WIP reporting, revenue recognition and payment applicationsSupport strategic planning and business growth initiativesLead, mentor and develop a small finance teamAbout YouYou''ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong background in engineering, construction or contracting environments.You''ll also ..... full job details .....
