Reporting to a friendly and engaging Board of Directors, your duties will include: - Full ownership of the day to day financial operations - Preparation of the monthly management accounts including PandL and balance-sheet reconciliations - Presenting the monthly accounts with variance analysis and commentary - Acting as an aid and business partner to the Directors, helping to guide them on strategy and maximise profit/performance through insightful analysis - Preparing the annual budgets and forecasts Introducing / streamlining financial processes where applicable - Full responsibility for company financial compliance and tax returns - Year End Statutory Accounts including liaising with the auditors - Managing and developing a small team of transactional staff, and overseeing day to day finance The client is seeking a fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with an exemplary track record in similar roles.
