12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Hybrid Central London £65,000-£70,000 Ivy Rock Partners is supporting an International Charity with the recruitment of an experienced Financial Controller to join its finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Operating across multiple countries, the organisation delivers impactful programmes internationally and is looking for an individual who can provide strong financial leadership during a period of maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of financial control, statutory reporting and compliance within a complex, multi-entity environment, while working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making. The Role The Financial Controller will lead the organisation''s financial control, reporting and governance framework, ensuring robust financial management, compliance and high-quality reporting across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team, Board and external auditors, while leading a small finance team and driving continuous improvement across financial processes and controls. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts and consolidated group financial statements in accordance with Charity SORP and relevant accounting standards.
