Financial Controller

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with an international customer base, supplying high-quality products to specialist industries across Europe and beyond. They are seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to lead the finance function at their Keighley site.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining strategic financial leadership with hands-on involvement in the day-to-day running of the finance function.Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the company''s financial management, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and providing valuable commercial insight to support business growth. Key responsibilities include: Producing timely and accurate monthly management accountsPreparing financial reports, KPIs and performance analysis for senior managementLeading the annual budgeting and forecasting processMonitoring business performance against budgets and forecasts, providing analysis and recommendationsManaging cash flow, fixed assets and debtor performanceEnsuring compliance with statutory reporting and tax obligations, working alongside external advisersBuilding strong relationships with external stakeholders including accountants, banks and insurersIdentifying and implementing improvements to financial processes, systems and reportingSupporting strategic business decisions through commercial financial analysisMaintaining robust financial controls while remaining hands-on in ..... full job details .....
