This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to take ownership of the finance function for a group of three businesses, with a combined revenue of £18 million.The Role: As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the MD and CFO. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Finance Leadership and Team Management Oversee and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong performance and collaboration. Cash Flow and Credit Control Manage financial transactions across the businesses, authorising payments, and liaising with suppliers. Management Accounts and Reporting Ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee cost centre allocations, and provide insights to senior leadership. Audits and Compliance Work alongside the CFO on year-end audits and regulatory requirements.
