This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in driving financial performance, governance, and strategic decision-making.You will oversee all aspects of financial control, reporting, audit, tax compliance, and team leadership while ensuring robust financial processes and regulatory compliance across the business.Key duties of the role include:Lead the day-to-day financial management of the businessPrepare accurate monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, and board reportsManage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning processesOversee the finance team, providing leadership, mentoring, and developmentEnsure strong financial controls, policies, and procedures are maintainedManage year-end and interim external audits, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit requirementsEnsure full compliance with all tax obligations, including Corporation Tax, VAT, CIS, PAYE, and other statutory reporting requirementsWork closely with external tax advisers to ensure accurate and timely tax filings while identifying opportunities for tax efficiencyMaintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory regulationsProvide commercial and financial insight to support ..... full job details .....
