Financial ControllerLocation: Hull About the Role:An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance function and play a key role within the senior management team.This is a hands on leadership position responsible for overseeing financial operations, delivering accurate reporting, and partnering with operational teams to drive performance and efficiency across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the finance team, including credit control, management accounting, and purchase ledgerProduce and present monthly management accounts, including balance sheet and profit and lossDeliver timely and accurate reporting to Group in line with deadlinesProvide meaningful KPIs and financial insights to support operational decision-makingPartner with senior management to improve cost efficiency and business performanceOversee stock control processes and stock takesManage statutory reporting requirements, including VAT and CIS returnsLead the annual budgeting process and ongoing monthly forecastingManage cash flow, including debtor and creditor performanceOversee audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulationsDevelop detailed costing models and profitability analysis for projects and productsSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including cost and efficiency analysisAbout You:Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)Proven experience as a Financial Controller or an ..... full job details .....
