Financial Controller

Financial Controller Huntress are partnering with a forward thinking boutique consulting firm who are looking to grow their team with the addition of a Financial Controller. As an integral member of the finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality management accounting and financial reporting to a diverse range of clients. This will include taking ownership of producing management accounts, preparing board packs, budgeting, and managing VAT returns while also ensuring exceptional client service within an outsourced model. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver accurate and timely management accounts for clientsDevelop and present Board packs to clients, providing financial insights and actionable recommendations.Support the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with clients to design effective financial strategies.Handle VAT returns preparationCollaborate with Senior Managers and stakeholders to improve workflows and enhance service delivery.Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical support as needed.Assist in financial reporting, including preparation of balance sheets, PandL statements, and other relevant documentation.Maintain effective communication with clients, building and sustaining strong working relationships.Actively identify opportunities to streamline processes and provide value-added services to clients.Ensure all assigned projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.Skills and ..... full job details .....
