Market leading salary (negotiable based on experience) 4-DAY WORK WEEK Exciting leadership role within a growing business Scope for future career progression About the company An established manufacturing business based in Ballymena, with exciting plans for growth, are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Financial Controller to oversee their finance function, overseeing a small team and working closely with the MD. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving performance, enhancing systems, and supporting strategic initiatives across the company. Key responsibilities include: Preparation and analysis of insightful monthly management accounts Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting Cashflow/working capital management Overseeing costing and stock management Provide cost analysis to support margin improvement Lead and develop the finance team Ensure statutory compliance and year-end reporting Liaise with external stakeholders Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Qualified by Experience with experience in a similar role Experience in leading and developing a team Strong Excel and ERP skills Strong communication skills For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career, get in touch with Tiarnan Skelton @ HIREIQ for a confidential chat.
