Known for its fresh, innovative menu and high-quality products, this is a business at the forefront of the healthy eating movement.Central London | HybridAs Financial Controller, you will be a senior leader within the finance team, driving excellence across governance, controls, and reporting, while managing key external relationships with investors, banks, and auditors. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function and supporting strategic growth across both retail and wholesale channels.Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a talented finance team across AP, AR, reporting, and management accounts.Oversee the delivery of consolidated accounts, cash flow management, and monthly reporting for the Board and SLT.Drive governance and internal controls, ensuring the safeguarding of assets across the group.Lead finance systems transformation, with a focus on enhancing Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and improving efficiency.Manage all tax and VAT matters, working with external advisors and implementing robust internal processes.Partner with senior leadership on budgets, forecasts, and strategic decision-making, including capital and project accounting.About You

ACA (preferred), ACCA or CIMA qualified, with 5+ years’ post-qualified experience.Background in multi-site retail, hospitality, or food and drink is highly desirable.Strong technical knowledge paired with commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV / Business Central) with advanced Excel skills.Proven experience leading high-performing teams and driving finance transformation.Available to start on a short notice period is preferred.This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile, purpose-led brand in a senior role with scope to make a real impact.
