This is a key leadership role within the finance function, offering the opportunity to shape financial processes, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making at a senior level.You will work closely with the senior leadership team, providing insight, control, and direction as the business continues to scale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvementOversee monthly management accounts, delivering accurate and insightful reportingDrive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cyclesStrengthen financial controls, processes, and governance across the organisationProvide commercial analysis to support operational and strategic decisionsManage cashflow, working capital, and banking relationshipsLead year-end and audit processes, liaising with external auditorsPartner with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial understanding and performanceSupport system improvements, process automation, and finance transformation initiativesAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role within an SME or mid-sized businessStrong technical accounting skills combined with commercial ..... full job details .....
