Your new companyYour new company are a leader in their field based in Stoke-on-Trent and are looking for a Financial Controller to join their team on a permanent basis to support company growth.Your new roleYou will lead financial planning and analysis activities for the Group, providing insight, challenge and forward-looking analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. Act as the key finance business partner to senior leadership, translating financial data into clear, actionable insight.Key responsibilitiesOwn Group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planningDeliver monthly forecasts, variance analysis and clear performance commentaryProduce MI, dashboards and board-level reporting with actionable insightsBuild and maintain financial models for scenario planning, investment cases and commercial decisionsPartner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers, risks and opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement in FPandA processes, reporting and data qualityEnsure alignment between management reporting, FPandA outputs and Group requirementsLead, coach and develop the teamSet clear objectives, review performance and build a high-impact, insight-driven finance functionFoster strong collaboration between FPandA, management accounting and core finance teamsWhat you''ll need to succeedExperience working in a manufacturing environmentCIMA / ACCA / ACA qualifiedStrong FPandA, commercial finance or business partnering backgroundAdvanced financial ..... full job details .....
