Reporting into the senior leadership team, this is a key role responsible for leading the finance and treasury functions, delivering high-quality financial insight.You will play a critical role in supporting senior stakeholders with commercial analysis, strategic decision-making and financial governance.Key responsibilities will include:Prepare and review statutory financial statements in line with IFRS and UK-adopted international accounting standardsMaintain full balance sheet integrity, including complex reconciliations and judgement-based areasProvide technical accounting guidance and ensure robust documentation of treatmentsReview outputs produced by the Finance Team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policiesDrive improvements in finance systems, reporting processes and data qualityAct as the primary contact for external auditors, managing all audit interactionsLead audit planning, fieldwork ..... full job details .....
