Financial Controller

Due to a number of successful acquisitions they''re now looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join the team. Your new roleIn your new role you will be acting as the finance partner for site leadership, providing insight, challenge and clear analysis while translating operational performance into meaningful financial outcomes. It will support decisions across production, engineering, quality and supply chain, reviewing production performance, variances and cost drivers. The position will lead site budgeting, forecasting and month end insight, as well as support product costing, standard cost updates and inventory control. It will also require working with Shared Services to ensure accurate data, aligned processes and smooth reporting, while serving as the escalation point for any site specific finance queries.What you''ll need to succeedTo succeed you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and require strong technical accounting expertise, experience in a fast paced environment, and a proactive, collaborative working style with the confidence to challenge and influence.
