Due to international growth they''re now looking to strengthen their finance function with an experienced yet progressive Financial Controller.Your new role In your new role as Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the financial leadership for the business. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls. Working closely with operational teams across the business, you will provide commercial insight and strategic support to drive performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a well established manufacturing organisation and make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast paced environment.What you''ll need to succeed You will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance position, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
