Your new role Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans for the site. Produce accurate monthly management accounts, reporting packs and insightful variance analysis. Monitor costs, standard costing, inventory valuation, labour efficiency and overhead absorption. Partner with the site leadership team, providing commercial insight to support operational and strategic decisions. Identify financial risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability and performance. Manage capital expenditure reporting, investment appraisals and return-on-investment analysis. Support product, customer and margin analysis to inform pricing and product-mix decisions. Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.
