As Financial Controller, you will provide strategic financial oversight across reporting, budgeting, compliance and internal controls, ensuring robust and accurate financial management. Day to day responsibilities include:Provide support to the CFO on growth strategies and specific projectsWork with department heads to support, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planningOversee all transactional and financial accounting operationsLeading delivery of the monthly and year-end close processesLead on the implementation of a new finance systemIdentify opportunities for automation and improved reporting tools Lead, grow and mentor the financial control team Essentials: CCAB Qualified AccountantExperience managing a medium sized teamExperience leading or supporting the implementation of a CRM systemStrong understanding of statutory accounting requirementsProven experience working with senior stakeholders and providing financial insightsAdvanced excel skills for analysis and reporting Salary is circa£80,000 per annum subject to experience.
