Financial Controller

Key responsibilities of the role: Financial Reporting and Compliance Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards. Ensure all statutory reporting and regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time. Liaise with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring full cooperation and provision of all necessary documentation. Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Planning Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with departmental heads to develop accurate, realistic, and achievable budgets. Develop rolling forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making. Analyse variances between actuals, budget, and forecast; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
