This is a pivotal appointment within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation experiencing sustained growth and investment.The OpportunityThis is a broad and hands-on leadership role, ideally suited to a technically strong and commercially astute finance professional. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, insightful reporting, and the delivery of key strategic projects - most notably the implementation of a new ERP system.You will be a key business partner across the organisation, driving improvements in process, systems, and reporting to support continued scale-up and value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing mentoring and direction across the transactional, management accounting, and FPandA areas.Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, board reporting, and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, working closely with the CFO and department heads.Lead the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring integration across business functions and alignment with future growth plans.Ensure compliance with all statutory and technical accounting requirements, liaising with auditors ..... full job details .....
