Financial Controller

This is an on-site role due to the nature of the business (retail) Seeking a Finance Controller to lead financial operations across retail sites. You''ll manage comprehensive financial processes, drive monthly PandL production, and provide strategic business partnering to retail management teams while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial activities.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of financial processes across retail locations, including monthly profit and loss reporting and month-end proceduresConduct monthly financial reviews with department heads, sales directors, and commercial finance teamsManage finance staff and collaborate across sales, service, parts, and executive leadershipEnsure monthly reconciliations of commercial balance sheet accounts and maintain robust processes for financial accuracyProduce budgets and forecasts while building complex models to analyse variances and business impactOversee internal and external audit processes for retail sitesProvide financial information as required by senior managementKey EssentialsQualified accountant or equivalent experienceExpertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingExperience with month-end and year-end closing processesSkills and AttributesAdvanced Excel skills and strong IT/finance systems proficiencyExcellent analytical and critical-thinking capabilitiesOutstanding communication skills with ability to present financial data to non-financial audiencesHighly organized with ..... full job details .....
