You will be part of the senior leadership team advising on strategic decisions and have a real impact on the company. This position is about more than the numbers, you will be involved in significant business transformations including migrating from a legacy accounts package to a cloud based solution. This will include ensuring data integrity and team training. The incoming financial controller will also look at all current systems and processes to make sure they are fit for a modern finance function and if changes are needed you will introduce them with minimal disruption.All new processes will need to be in-line with the business management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
