Operating across multiple channels, this well-established brand has experienced significant growth and continues to strengthen its market presence through innovation, product development and strategic expansion.Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to lead a talented finance team whilst partnering with key stakeholders across the business.Your new roleAs Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial control whilst supporting strategic decision-making across the business.Key responsibilities will include:Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing finance teamManaging the month-end and year-end close processOverseeing statutory reporting and audit requirementsEnsuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standardsOwnership of budgeting, forecasting and cashflow managementDriving improvements in financial controls, processes and systemsBusiness partnering with senior leadership teams across operations, sales and commercial functionsProviding insightful analysis to support strategic business decisionsManaging balance sheet reconciliations and working capital requirementsSupporting finance transformation and continuous improvement initiativesWhat you''ll need to succeedACA, ACCA or CIMA ..... full job details .....
