An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller or Head of Finance to join a highly successful, established and privately owned multi-site Group in Surrey. Reporting directly to the owners and directors, you will take overall responsibility for the Group''s finance function, providing accurate financial information and commercial insight to support decision-making. This is a senior, autonomous role within a successful family-owned business where your expertise will be trusted and your contribution will have a genuine impact. It would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business and taking ownership of a broad finance function. The Role You will oversee the finance team, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and effective financial management across the Group.
