You will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in strengthening financial controls, reporting, and processes within a fast-paced, scaling organisation. The company is an established FinTech with a strong market presence, operating internationally, and recognised for its innovative financial solutions.Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the production of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsManage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful variance analysisLead the annual audit process and ensure regulatory complianceDevelop and enhance financial controls, processes, and systemsLead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive high performance What Experience is Required Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with post-qualification experienceBackground within the FinTech sector and fast-paced environmentsProven experience leading teams and managing financial operations Salary and Benefits Salary of £95,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including hybrid working, pension, and career development opportunities within a growing FinTech environment.Location London (hybrid working).
