You''ll lead the UK finance function and own accounting operations for the UK entities. That covers financial reporting, statutory and regulatory compliance, cash management, company secretarial duties and a strong control environment. You''ll report to the Group Corporate Controller. Key responsibilities: Leadership: Lead, coach and develop the UK finance team, including hiring, onboarding and succession planning. Act as the main escalation point for UK finance issues. Reporting: Own the monthly management accounts and the annual statutory accounts. Provide variance analysis and commentary on revenue and cost trends. Statutory and compliance: Oversee year-end accounts, tax returns and VAT/HMRC filings. Manage the external audit. Own Companies House filings and the statutory registers.
