Financial Controller

Dynamite Recruitment are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our client, a growing business in Christchurch. This hands-on role will oversee financial management, reporting, and forecasting, supporting the Managing Director during a period of expansion and multiple acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Prepare management accounts and cash flow forecasts Support acquisition integration and financial planning Ensure compliance with UK accounting and tax requirements Maintain and improve financial systems and controls About You: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) ideally Strong background in financial management and forecasting Confident working independently in a growing business Experience with Xero, Sage, or similar systems What s on Offer: Part time role : 3-day work week £60 65K FTE (pro rata) Supportive, growing team environment ..... full job details .....
