This is a really good opportunity for someone who wants more than just a traditional Financial Controller role. The business has ambitious growth plans over the coming years, both organically and through acquisition, which should create plenty of opportunity around integration, process improvement, systems development and helping build a stronger finance function as the business grows. There is also genuine scope for the role itself to develop. Initially, the focus will be around financial control, reporting and leadership of the finance team, but as the business continues to grow, the remit is expected to become broader and create further progression opportunities for the person joining.
