• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Drive profitability through cash flow management and cost-saving initiatives.

• Strengthen internal financial controls and risk management.

• Support operational teams in financial negotiations and strategic decision-making.

• Mentor and develop the finance team.

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).

• Strong financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.

• Skilled in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.
