Key Responsibilities Lead the month-end process, delivering timely and accurate management accountsEnsure robust financial controls, compliance with UK GAAP, and statutory reportingOwn the audit process and external stakeholder relationshipsDeliver insightful management reporting, including variance and performance analysisPartner with operational teams to drive improved margins, cost control, and efficiencyLead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across the businessOversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production cost monitoringManage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisationDrive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and reporting (including ERP development)Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and ..... full job details .....
