Financial Controller 60,000 - 70,000 An opportunity to lead a substantial finance function, work closely with the CFO and make a genuine impact on how the organisation operates. Chase and Holland are recruiting an experienced Financial Controller for a large, established organisation. This is a broad senior finance role with responsibility across Financial Accounts, Management Accounts and Purchasing, combining technical finance, team leadership and continuous improvement. The Role You''ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operation while becoming a key partner to the CFO and wider leadership team. Key responsibilities include:Leading monthly and annual financial reportingBudgeting, forecasting and financial planningCash flow and working capital managementImproving financial controls, systems and processesManaging statutory reporting and external auditProviding insight and challenge to budget holdersLeading, mentoring and developing a sizeable finance teamDriving greater accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement across financeThe Person You''ll be a qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA accountant with strong financial and management accounting experience and the confidence to lead people and influence stakeholders.
