Reporting to the CFO, who reports to the CEO, the role will include:Managing day-to-day finance, leading a team of c10 talented finance professionals across Finance, Payroll, FPandA, and Digital TransformationOversee all aspects of financial management, including reporting, audits, tax compliance, payroll, and executive reportingDriving profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecastingOwnership of all operational aspects of finance across the Balance Sheet, PandL and CashflowLender Reporting - Covenant reportingStatutory reporting - working with external advisorsEnsuring the appropriate financial control environment is in placeLeading the development and improvement of processes, controls and systemsVariance analysis and reporting on trendsKPI ReportingOversight of capital expenditure on monthly and ad hoc basisReviewing and authorising relevant areas, i.e. POs and Expenses, refunds, allowances, and banking transactions as required by Company policyQuarterly/ monthly VAT returns within the set deadlines by HMRCYear-end audit requirements - lead liaison with external auditorsInternal audit -self-assessment and ensuring compliance with ..... full job details .....
