We''re looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead the Finance team at CCHQ. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a small but high-performing finance team.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including FRS102, PPERA (2000), VAT, PAYE, and Corporation Tax.Oversee robust financial systems for income, payments, and reporting.Support the Head of Commercial Projects with commercial negotiations and manage ongoing contractual commitments.Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.Produce timely management accounts and departmental financial performance reports.Act as the main contact for external auditors and manage audit processes.What We''re Looking For:

Qualified Finance professional ACCA / CIMAProven leadership in finance within a complex organisation.Strong understanding of UK GAAP, FRS102, and financial compliance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with financial systems and controls.We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, sectors, and industries.
