The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Financial Controller will take full responsibility for the finance function, providing strategic financial insight alongside robust financial control. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and continuous improvement. Prepare monthly management accounts, KPIs, and board reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes. Deliver insightful financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making. Oversee statutory accounts preparation and year-end audit processes. Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
